What is Conscious Connected breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is an active breathing practice where you breathe in a connected rhythm without long pauses between the inhale and exhale.This style of breathing can help you move out of overthinking and into your body. Many people experience more calm, emotional release, clarity, or a deeper sense of connection with themselves after a session.My approach is gentle, grounded, and intention-led. You do not need any previous experience, and you stay in control throughout the session.

What happens during
a session?

Each session is created to feel calm, safe, and intentional. You will be guided throughout the whole experience, and you can slow down or pause at any time.

  • Arrival and short check-in

  • Gentle grounding meditation

  • Meditation and integration

  • Tea with chocolate or some fruit

  • Optional journalling

You will usually lie down comfortably while I guide your breath. I may use music, gentle prompts, grounding cues, and sound elements to support the experience.There is nothing you need to perform or achieve. Your only task is to breathe, listen to your body, and allow the experience to unfold at your own pace.

Hi, I’m Samara

I am a certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator and the founder of Inner Shift Wellness Coaching.I am based between Berlin and Breda, and I guide breathwork sessions in English and Dutch for people who want to slow down, reconnect with their body, and create more inner clarity.My own interest in breathwork started after seeing how powerful this practice could be for someone who was struggling emotionally. It made me curious about how the breath can help us access feelings, memories, and body awareness in a way that thinking alone often cannot.For me, breathwork has created moments of deep clarity. Sometimes it brings up something meaningful that finally finds a place. Sometimes it simply clears the mental noise and helps me feel focused again.My style is calm, grounded, and supportive. I want people to feel safe, held, and in control during a session. Breathwork can be powerful, but it does not have to feel intimidating.
